Successful Completion Of AU Summit A Testament To Ethiopia’s Longstanding Contribution To Africa’s Causes: MoFA

Addis Ababa, February 20, 2024 (FBC) – State Minister for Resources and Services, Ambassador Birtukan Ayano together with State Minister for Political and Economic Diplomacy Affairs, Ambassador Mesganu Arga this morning briefed the media on the 37th African Union Summit that concluded over the weekend.

Ambassador Birtukan, who is the Chair of the AU Summit National Committee, highlighted the key security, logistical, protocol and hospitality arrangements for the participants of this year continental gathering.

Citing the successful completion of the Summit on these accounts, the State Minister commended all stakeholders that worked in synergy for the fruition of the successive Ambassadorial, Ministerial, Leaders as well as First Lady gatherings.     READ MORE
